A card a made using a By Lori Designs digi Puddle Jumper Quinn (I think that's her name). Inspired by Lori's latest BLD Challenge. I dreamed about this design last and couldn't stop thinking about until I made it! I also used Stampin Up' stamps Bloomin'. Colored with copics.
